INKA TRAIL RULES

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE 2 AND 4 DAY INCA TRAILS

1.- The Inca Trail is controlled by the Peruvian government, which enforces strict adherence to the rules governing the use of the trail.
2.- The agency Continental Tours E.I.R.L., as an authorized tour operator on the network of Inca trails, will abide by, and ensure that its passengers abide by, the rules governing the service offered by the operator.
3.- The passenger or client must make their reservation at least 5 days beforehand and provide a photocopy of their passport.
4.- In the case of groups, the reservation can be made earlier.
5.- Upon making the reservation, 50% of the total cost must be paid, with the balance due 30 days before the tour.
6.- Any cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the start of the trip, and Continental Tours will keep 15% of the total cost of the tour.
7.- The deposit cannot be refunded if cancellation is made six days before departure.
8.- No refund can be given if the trip is cancelled 5 days before departure.
9.- If the passenger wishes to change the date of departure, no refund can be given.
